Frequently Asked Questions
How quickly will I get my resume?
There is a 5-7 days turnaround for the resume writing service. If you have immediate needs, we offer an express resume writing option. It does attract and additional fee that can be provided in the quote you receive after your complimentary 30 minute discovery call.
When do you start writing the resume, cover letter or LinkedIn profile?
After receiving and agreeing to the quote for the service specified, your coach will start working on your project with you once payment has been received.
What if I do not have a resume?
If you have a resume, we will request you send this to the coach to review as a part of the complimentary 30 minute discovery call. If you don’t have a resume, we will email you a resume questionnaire to complete.
How many revisions are included in the service?
All fees quoted include up to 3 revisions based on your original request and the first draft being provided.
What if I need more than the 3 revisions?
Any further revisions beyond the 3 included will incur an additional fee, which will be provided and agreed by the client before work commences. Revisions must be requested within 2 weeks from the date of your first draft being sent.

If we do not hear back from you after the 2 week timeframe we consider the project closed and assume you’re a happy client.
What file format will the documents arrive in?
We provide documents in Microsoft Word format.
While we can guarantee you will receive a professional resume, cover letter and/or LinkedIn profile (whichever service you engage) unfortunately we cannot guarantee that you will be shortlisted for interview when you apply for jobs or that you will secure a job.
