Level Up is not conventional classroom training. It’s not a lecture on emotional intelligence or a model on a slide. The VR element is not a novelty bolted onto an existing workshop to make it feel modern.

Participants experience their actual behaviour, not a hypothetical version of it. What they notice about themselves and each other in the room is real, immediate and theirs. That’s what makes it stick.

THE LEVEL UP EXPERIENCE

90 minutes of play, curiosity, creativity and human connection

A playful, immersive introduction to Level Up. Participants step into VR and are given something adults don’t always get enough of at work: permission to play. There’s no right answer. You can’t break anything. Just come curious.
