With over 20 years’ experience in executive coaching and leadership development, I bring a rare blend of deep human coaching expertise and lived experience operating within complex systems.
Earlier in my career, I was CEO and co-founder of Six Figures, a national executive platform for $100K+ professionals, built from scratch and scaled through to exit. I have also worked as an Executive and Career Coach at Melbourne Business School, supporting senior leaders and executives navigating pivotal career and leadership transitions.
