Diversitas Consulting helps executives, leaders and teams build the self-awareness, confidence and practical capability to lead, communicate and work more effectively.

Our work brings together executive coaching, leadership and team development, program design, facilitation, and people and culture expertise.

We work with individuals and organisations at important points of growth, transition and change from executives navigating complex leadership and career decisions to managers and teams building the capability to communicate, collaborate and perform at their best.

Our approach is practical, human-centred and tailored to the organisation and the people involved. We combine established leadership and behavioural frameworks with reflective practice, experiential learning, coaching and workplace application. This helps participants move beyond simply understanding a concept to practising new behaviours and applying them in their day-to-day work.

Executive coaching

Our executive coaching supports senior professionals, executives and leaders to gain clarity, strengthen their leadership capability and navigate the opportunities and challenges that arise across their careers.

Coaching may focus on:

The Level Up Programs

The Level Up Program suite provides practical and experiential development for individuals, teams and leaders. The programs help participants deepen their awareness of themselves, understand how they affect others and build the capability to respond more effectively in real workplace situations.

The suite includes:

• Level Up SELF—building self-awareness, confidence, adaptability and personal effectiveness;
• Level Up TEAM—strengthening team awareness, communication, collaboration and psychological safety;
• Level Up THRIVE—developing the relational and human capabilities required to perform and thrive through change; and
• Level Up LEADER—helping leaders communicate clearly, delegate effectively, coach their people and lead with greater confidence and accountability.

Programs can incorporate immersive and experiential activities, including XR and VR experiences, together with leadership frameworks, personality and behavioural assessments, group reflection, facilitated practice and workplace experiments.

Our learning approach follows a practical cycle:

Our team

Kelly Magowan, Founder and Facilitator, Diversitas Consulting
Kelly Magowan is the co-founder of Level Up Programs, a human capability consultancy delivering immersive, VR-powered training that helps teams experience — not just learn about — how they communicate, collaborate and perform under pressure. She is also co-founder of Mindflight7 and has served as its Director of Learning Innovation since 2020, driving the VR and behavioural learning technology behind Level Up Programs. Her program development track record also includes the Level Up Leader Program and the Courageous Conversations Program, a proprietary Diversitas framework guiding managers through Reset, Prepare, Converse (using the CLEAR model) Follow Through and Reflect stages. Delivered as a practical half-day workshop with pre-work, scenario-based practice labs and a companion manager guide, it equips managers to give feedback and navigate difficult conversations with clarity, confidence and psychological safety. With more than 25 years across corporate HR, recruitment, leadership development and coaching, Kelly brings a rare combination of commercial rigour and behavioural insight to every program she facilitates. She has designed and delivered development programs for organisations including Coles, Monash University, the Department of Defence and Melbourne Business School.

Servane Jacob, Learning & Development Program Designer and Facilitator.
Servane is an experienced XR/VR learning designer and facilitator with expertise in human-centred design, adult learning, innovation and capability development. She has contributed to the development and refinement of the Level Up Programs and supports both design and delivery.

Nicole McConville, Business Manager.
Nicole coordinates client communication, scheduling, participant logistics and workshop delivery support, so every client has a seamless experience from planning through follow-up.

Ace Gonzales, Business & Program Coordinator.
Ace looks after the practical side of every engagement, from client booking and training administration through to follow-up after the program. He keeps the details moving so participants and clients can focus on the learning.

Lucas Soklevski, Delivery Manager, Victoria, Mindflight7.
The Mindflight7 team leads VR/XR experience deployment, participant onboarding and technical facilitation, and integrates immersive technology into the learning experience.
